I have submitted a few support requests through the support webpage http://www.fingerworks.com/support.html and even set an email to support@fingerworks.com but have not received a response after about two weeks.
My problem current is an unresponsive MacNTouch keyboard. Originally I was having issues with it not working after boot.
I had been considering getting a Touchstream LP but with this lack of response I am no longer certain I want to.
