NumLock Status Not Recognized @ Plugin

When I plug my Touchstream LS into a computer that has NumLock on, it continues to function as if NumLock were off. I have to press NumLock twice to turn it off and on again before I can use it. Is this behavior normal? Can it be changed? I am using Multi-Touch Utilities and Firmware v1.60, but v1.58 behaved the sme way. "Toggle NumLock Internally" is not enabled; I know enabling it would mean I would only have to click NumLock once, but I use the LEDs on a PS2 keyboard at times.

I highly recommend using the "Toggle Numlock Internally" option. It eliminates so many headaches.

If the TS numlock is on, the numpad sends numbers, regardless of what the computer thinks about numlock.
