Short version: Open the editor, go to "surface keys", select the insert key, go to "change" and select "pause" in the dropdown box.

Long version: Any key or gesture has a number of things that can be assigned to it. Simplest is the "key stroke" meaning you hit the key, it sends a key press. Depending on your auto-repeat settings, holding it may send one long key press or multiple key presses.

You can also do things like "Internal functions" like change what mode certain things are in, or turn things on or off.

Just play around with the settings - you won't fry anything, and you can always revert it back by restoring defaults and resending - or keep a separate config file that you know works good, then revert to that one if something goes wrong.

You can also add "hidden keys" to the mini if you would like. I have attached an example below which adds arrow keys under the space bar. Place this file in your /FingerWorks/app_config directory

To load this configuration up:
1. Open the MyGesture Editor
2. Select File->Import Gesture Library
3. Open mini_arrows.xml
4. Go down to "surface keys" and they should appear on the mapping to the right.

Once they are there you can change their mapping to anything you wish (ie. a pause key).

If you edit the mini_arrows.xml you can also change the size of these hidden keys.

Hope that helps.

If you haven't done so already, you need to hit the "transfer to" button at the top of the editor to actually save (upload) changes made in the MyGesture Editor for the device.
