How do you obtain 5 different drags?

I use these click'n'drags all the time (in my audio editor):

Click and drag
Ctrl+Click and drag
Alt+Click and drag
Alt+Shift+Click and drag
Ctrl+Alt+Click and drag

If I had to assign a new mouse movement gesture for each drag I would quickly run out of gesture, so I'm looking for other kinds of solutions. What are your solutions? How do you do this? What does Fingerworks suggest?

For click drag, I use index+mid+ring finger drag on my right hand.

For ctrl+click drag and alt+click drag, I use the ctrl and alt chords on my left hand and the previous click drag gesture on my right.

For alt+shift+click drag and ctrl+alt+click drag, I would tap the first modifier key, then the 2nd with my left hand, then click drag with my right.

I typically do not need to use multiple modifiers very often, so just using the assigned keys on the keyboard is good enough for me.
