I love this program!
Here's a quote that explains one way to use it ( With typeit4me turned off, the preceding line would read "Hri a qt ta xplns one way tui", saving me from typing 3+3+2+3+6=17 characters, or a 40% reduction!):
(Quote from the typeit4me website)
"I've discovered that this program is absolutely great as far as writing is concerned. Having built my data file one word at a time, I can for the first time write as fast as I can think. Or, to type those two sentences with expansion turned off: iv dscvd ta th prg s absl gr afa wrig s ksnd. Vg blt my data file one word at a ti, i c f t first ti wri as fast as ic tq."

Even if you only use it for a few basics like typing your name, address, email addresses, and the like (mox=Mac OS X,tslp=Fingerworks TouchStream LP), it'll save you a lot of time.
There are other Mac OS X applications that provide similar functionality, but typeit4me is the simplest, and the only one designed to only do what it does.
As a bonus, attached is an iKey* shortcut for typeit4me. It copies the current selection to the clipboard, then uses the mouse to select 'Add an Entry...' from the typeit4me menubar menu. If nothing is selected, it selects the last word, which is very handy if you've just typed a word. NOTE:You will need to change the mouse movements, unless your monitor is set to 1024x768 and the typeit4me menubar icon is the second menubar icon to the left of the Date/Time.
* iKey rocks! You need it! http://www.scriptsoftware.com/ikey/
