With a mouse, the scroll wheel button is used to pan in AutoCAD. Pressing the scroll wheel is equivalent to pressing the middle button on a 3-button mouse.
So if you want to pan in AutoCAD with an iGesture or TouchStream product, make sure you enable 3-button mouse emulation in the Feature Selector. Then dragging the thumb+index+middle chord will pan for you.
